DELIVERY
Deliveries to Saint Barthélémy 97133
The package will be dropped off free of charge at a relay point indicated by the seller upon validation of the order.
Overseas (excluding St Barthélemy)
The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes. The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). In fact, it is to this address that the package will be sent.
Cool le chien cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors and the consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for the possible reshipment of an order will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We currently do not deliver to mainland France.
Order processing
The Order will be processed as quickly as possible, generally within two working days, and within a maximum period of 30 days following validation of the order.
Packages are shipped from Monday to Saturday within 2 working days following a validated and paid order, except public holidays, otherwise stated and subject to product availability.
Any order placed between Friday 3 p.m. and Sunday evening will be processed from the following Monday, except public holidays.
For St Barthélemy 97133
No customs or delivery fees will be requested.
An e-mail informs the customer of the delivery of the package to the relay point.
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days directly to the relay point.
Overseas (excluding St Barthélemy)
An e-mail informs the customer of the delivery of the package to the carrier and communicates a tracking number in order to follow the shipping steps.
Delivery time of 5 to 7 days by Colissimo.
Delivery costs are €15.60.
Delivery delay
All orders are delivered without guarantee as to delivery times. Exceeding the deadlines given for purely indicative purposes cannot give rise to damages. Delivery times given as an indication are those communicated by the carriers. The responsibility of the carrier or the Seller cannot be sought in the event of an impossibility of delivery due to an inaccuracy in the delivery address (it being specified that the designation of post office boxes is prohibited).
Delivery to Relay Point
You will be notified by email as soon as your package is available at the Relay Point. Your package will be available during store opening hours. You then have 8 days to collect it, upon presentation of an identity document. A reminder will be sent to you by e-mail after 4 days.
Limit of liability
In the event of return of the package due to the absence of the customer, a problem with the delivery address or an inability to receive the package within the allotted time, delivery costs are due. In the event of reshipment, the reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
Cool le chien cannot be held responsible in the event of disruption, total or partial strike of postal services and/or carriers.
Inspection upon receipt
It is up to the Customer, in the event of reservations relating to the transport of the Products sold, in particular in the event of damage or missing items, to make all the necessary findings and note them on the delivery note. He must quickly contact the Seller within 2 days.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and Cool le chien by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 2 days following receipt of the Products.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Refund and exchange conditions
Pursuant to article L.120-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt (right of withdrawal) to return the Products to the Seller, without having to justify specific reasons, for an exchange or refund. Return costs are then the responsibility of the Buyer.
The items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back and will be returned as is to the Customer, at the latter's expense.
The exchange is carried out at the Customer's risk. The Product must be returned within one week in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the return slip, to the following address indicated by the seller.
Return request
For a return request, the Customer must first make an exchange request by e-mail to: cool.lechien@gmail.com mentioning the order number and full contact details of the Buyer.
A confirmation acknowledging receipt of this return request will be sent by email. Upon receipt of agreement, the Customer has 14 days to return the Product. After this period, the return will be refused.
Refund
It is only after verifying that all these conditions are met that the Seller will reimburse the sums collected for the returned items, with the exception of return costs. The Seller undertakes to reimburse the Buyer without delay (by transfer), and at the latest within 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned products.
In the event that the above conditions are not respected, no refund will be payable: the Customer then remains the owner of the Product, which will be returned to him at his expense.
